You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on personalized or sale items.
To start a return, please contact us through our official support channels.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you via email about the approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the error was ours.
